Dr. Donna Biernacki-McLaughlin is a native of Wilkes-Barre and she resides in the Mountain Top area.  Dr. McLaughlin completed her undergraduate at Penn State University.  She attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA.  She is a member of the POA and AOA.  She is currently Treasurer of the northeast chapter of the POA.
